We liked this exceptionally clean hotel with a gorgeous lobby. Courteous staff team was with our manager.

The bar was fantastic with attentive staff.

Spotless hotel in a very quiet area.

Food was amazing and I have nothing but excellent memories from this trip. Brand-new and clean hotel, exceptionally comfortable beds. The venue itself was in a very nice area, not far from the Galleria Mall and uptown and downtown.

Overall good stay with this hotel and their manager Cleo Basham. The property was overall clean, featured stunning design; I liked it.

It was a great place to stay in Dallas. The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a very very nice area, near downtown, Galleria Mall, the freeway.

Their staff were awfully rude.

The bed was comfy and it was great having cable channels, a coffee machine and a writing table.

Disappointing aspect was old bathroom.

The location was absolutely perfect, the room was themed, the bed was large. Personnel was willing to help, caring people. The in-house restaurant was nice with lots of meals in the menu.

We loved staying in this hotel, it was GOAT! Quiet, calm room and absolutely friendly staff, complimentary wi-fi. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Galleria district. What's more, it was close enough to the highways and airport too. Plenty of supplies in the room: central heating, cable channels and iron/ironing board.

It was fantastic time in Dallas. Strategic location, neat room and I loved cool staff. The exceptional service was provided in this fancy hotel. Also, wifi throughout the property was really convenient.

Everything was brand-new! I greatly enjoyed this hotel, it's fairly clean and stunningly beautiful! Nice service everywhere too. The stay was fab because of the incredibly comfortable location of the property. The property had a good bar and a great restaurant.

Deluxe hotel, air-conditioned room and good location. We recommend this place to friends.

Deluxe queen room was with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a writing table. The staff was AMAZING, as for 4-stars hotel. The best place to stay when in Dallas.

Air-conditioned rooms, Wi Fi is a huge plus! There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Gorditas Los Comales, set within 15 minutes walk or so.

Walking distance to the restaurant The Grill on the Alley. Hotel provided us with a WiFi. We liked the pool;)))

grand lux cafe was 10 mins walk away. pool available in the hotel. galleria district won't disappoint you. the wi fi was a cherry on top.
